I feel one of the reasons that such a terrible game like als is doing better than av is that it feels more happy, like when you open the game you have nice grass and everything and a sky and it feels like you want to keep playing it. The lobby for av honestly is way better than als just feels gloomier. I say open the roof and put a sun and sky and maybe even use some of the weather conditions from worldlines when an appropriate unit comes into banner. I think a small change like this would make more people (younger audience) somewhat inclined to stay in the game longer.

ALS is doing good because:
-constant stream of content with weekly updates
-the grind is rewarding in the sense where if you want something you WILL receive it, while AV requires a lot of luck to get something unless you want to spend days grinding for pity, while als pity's can be hit within hours

als is more for casuals, av is not

its just that simple

before I even hear complaints about "power creep"
no units have been power crept for the past like, month
and power creep in a game like als is only a problem if you let it be, you do NOT need to do competitive game modes where having the meta is required, most of the game's content can be grinded with a casual loadout
