Passives are extremely boring and would go as far to say "Bad"

immune to all crowd control? what does that mean how does that make sense

"Non-Boss enemies below 50% hp are instantly defeated near saitama" is both extremly boring and extremly unbalanced

"Gains +50% movement speed if idle for 20s ("Looking for a challenge")." Is a OK passive not good, not bad just OK

Takes no damage from normal mobs? are you referring to stuns and status ailment immunty? if so again very boring

The current kit lacks synergy between passives and mode switching. There’s no interplay between Serious/Normal and passives like mentioned in your orignial post.

This unit lakes any cohesive design, barley stays true to the source material and overall is very unengaging which does not fit the design philosophy of most units in AV. This suggestion needs ALOT of work
