Limit break modifier not working properly on monarchs

After u go to the next floor limit break doesnt double your placements on monarch units idk if this is intented or not but on the floor where I choosed limit break it double my saber monarch placements but when I went to the next floor the placement cap when back to normal

the cap is set to 1 after all
