Why are you basing your argument solely on worldliness? You are not bringing ragna there anyways, furthermore, no one goes further than 50, so yeah.
As for the supports, how often fo you really use supports nowadays? There's really no need for them most of the time, ragna NEEDS supports to be good, rimuru doesnt.
Ragna is basically 1 placement, needs more investment AND needs to be managed to utilize his passive properly, which takes time to build up, making this character fundamentally weaker for early game, he's for the most part a mid-end game character, has a bad aoe, though dps is fine. 1 placement costs like what, 78k to max out?
Rinuru on the other hand is great early game starter, 90k for ALL four placements, doesn't really need any supports, no need to manage him at all, multihit on most of his upgrades (ragna isn't btw), AND big fill aoe on the last upgrade, im pretty sure 1-2 rimirus is already enough to overcome ragna in terms of dps, might be wrong though
