Rupture and Bleed dont stop Buu Natural Heal Passive.

Rupture And Bleed for some reason in the new portals dont work on any Variation of Buu that has the healing abillity, making so you cant really progress if you got a Land Of The Gods Portal on Tier 8+ he heals faster than you can do damage, and Yes i tested its not Element Reaction and there is no Immunity Modifier on the portal.

Cosmic element will make enemies immune to debuffs

in not using Cosmic Element and i can see the Bleed and Rupture effect above the enemy but he still heals, i also Tried Ro Ger Familiar but nothing happens
