The issue is not that they make hard ass stages which require you to play with múltiple people

The issue is that their updates are balanced AROUND these stages they add

If you wanna make a stage thats extremely hard Even with múltiple people its gotta have a reward that equals your effort

But rn the way the cid raid is designed the only way that doesnt make you do five 7 min runs for a single familiar is to do act 2 which is unplayale with this mechanic

With pity coming the cid stage 1 can remain at 1% for cid
up the familiar to 3%
And make the coins 15

Then for stage 2 up the familiar to 6% cid can keep at 3% with a lower pity and up the coins to 20

My point is that a majority of the complaints stem from how it took so long to be fixed. If it was there from day 1? Sure, we’d have a few complaints, but nothing close to this big a deal. But because it took so long to be fixed, people got used to the raid without cuffs and now it’s jarringly different

Act 2 was supposed to be “Nightmare mode” for a reason. It’s more difficult and more annoying in exchange for better odds.
