Hello everyone it's Naku the AV guy and I've grinded my way to level 10 to post my suggestions in here. For my first I will suggest an update centered around the game The Binding of Isaac, though this will never be added, I still think its tuff so idc

New Story Mode: The Basement

Map Layout:

Enemies spawn out of a normal doorway like the doorways in TBOI, and exit through a different doorway on the opposite side. The visual design of the map could be cracked stone walls, cobwebs and candles among other things.

Some enemy ideas could include (based on The Binding of Isaac):

Gaper - Small, fast, but low HP. Just filler enemies

Mulliboom - Medium speed and medium HP. Explodes on death stunning your units.

Wizoob - High health and slow movement speed and phases in and out becoming untargetable for 2 seconds before reappearing

Cursed Death's Head - Medium health and fast speed, randomly selects a unit to induce with Fear, causing them to not be able to attack for 1.5 seconds.

These are just simple ideas, obviously if this was added there would be more enemies and devs could take creative liberties, even tho I will probably think of more in the future!

Bosses for Story Mode acts:

Act 1 - Sloth
Sloth is one of the "seven deadly sin" bosses in The Binding of Isaac, and would be featured in Act 1 of TBOI story mode stages. This boss would use an AOE attack to slow units SPA for 4.5 seconds which triggers every 12 seconds.

Act 2 - Wrath
Another seven deadly sins boss, but this boss in The Binding of Isaac throws and drops bombs, which is what this boss would do in Anime Vanguards, which would stun units for 3 seconds and trigger every 8 seconds.

Act 3 - Famine
Famine is one off of "The Harbinger" bosses in The Binding of Isaac, which will also be a boss for Act 3. Multiple phases, acts as a normal boss but when his first health bar is finished, his second form is Only his head, and he moves much faster for 3 seconds to try to avoid damage.

Act 4 - Pestilence
Pestilence is another harbinger boss which will be the boss for Act 4. Multiple phases, shoots stunning projectiles at units that last for 2 seconds and trigger every 4 seconds. (Single target projectile) When his first health bar is finished, his second form is only his head, and he shoots 2 projectiles at once every 3 seconds until death.

Act 5 - War
War is another harbinger boss which will be the boss for Act 5. Multiple phases, and has regen. When his first health bar is finished, his second form sends him much farther down the track towards the end, and below 25% health, he drops stunning bombs.

Act 6 - Death
Death is another harbinger boss which will be the boss for Act 6. Multiple phases. Spawns scythes on the map which will periodically drop and reduce your units range. When his first health bar is finished, his second form sends him off of his horse but damaging his horse does not damage Death. down the track towards the end, and below 10% health, he dashes at faster speeds.

Passives:
Fear, gives Isaac a higher chance to induce Fear into enemies, making them walk backwards for a short time.

Tear of Penitence Unlocks at upgrade 5 All enemies affected by Isaac's tears take 7.7% more damage from all status effects. Stacks to 23.1%

Divine Despair, Isaac does 30% more damage to enemies under 50% HP.

Ability Unlocks:
Upgrade 2 unlocks Holy Light, giving Isaac small damage over time on his tears.

Upgrade 4 unlocks Mega Tears, giving Isaac's tears AOE/splash, more damage, but shoots slower.

Upgrade 5 increases Fear chance to 15% up from 10%.

Upgrade 8 unlocks Revelation which changes Isaac's tears into a holy laser beam type thing.

Upgrade 10 allows for Revelation to purge shields and regeneration.
