Maybe people will disagree with me but making a part of the passive PvP ONLY its horrible for game balancing, and if they add it into future units you are just going to get forced to use them cause of the extra effects on pvp right? And what about other units that dont have those other effects? They are just not going to appear on pvp, simple as that. PLEASE i hope this is just a one time thing, i dont really think its going to be benneficial for pvp to have some characters with extra effects. Either remove it or just change it for something else that benefits the character globally.

its not that his other passive makes up for it, its that a part of his passive is exclusively made for pvp
lets be honest, if you are trying to win in pvp with a team and you have characters with EXTRA effects EXCLUSIVELY for pvp, would you not use them?
thats just what i mean with the post, obviously if u play just for fun its completely fine cause you decide on using him or not, but in terms of competitive playing, u are going to want to use him bc of that
ik the effect its not like super crazy, and maybe the character is properly balanced stat wise, but you can still do that without needing the char to have extra effects exclusively for a comp gamemode
and well, im talking about this unit bc i havent really seen other units with that in there passives, but I refer to all of them, making passives exclusive to pvp is just going to be bad for the game
