Luce passive is not applying/working at all in this tournament, theres no mutators stated that its not allowed nor excluded unit not also a visual.

tried with normal stage but it works yh.

Luce only works on enemies with natural mutators, since this enemies are forced mutators (i don't know how to simply explain it). Luce would not work.
