You cannot use the shards from those monarchs to put monarch on a secret, vanguard, or exclusive unit, only other mythicals

The point is that generally a secret rarity is stronger than a mythic, same goes for vanguard

It doesnt make sense to be allowed to sacrifice 3 weaker monarchs to get one better monarch as soon as it comes out

Either it should be restricted to same rarity

It should only work on old units from up to the previous update
