Change salter to have a set additional attack to her full aoe attack after unlocking her full aoe

Really minor change and I think a decent way to buff her? Idk, I think I might just be stupid but I feel like upgrading her past her full aoe upgrades is really pointless because the dps increase is not enough to justify the drastic decrease on aoe you get, so having her additional attacks behave similarly to how other additional attack characters do attacks from certain upgrades feels like a good way to make it so that less is lost when upgrading her past full aoe.
