Quite literally the whole thing, I'll go through it
1, Buff stacking is inherently just dumb, the increase in performance that would give to certain units is EXTREME, buffs staying as additive rn are balanced themselves, it's not like the units that provide said buffs are underused, they're balanced
2. Considering the new changes and direction going with familiars, more reasons to minmax a unit wouldn't be a good idea, and relics themselves just aren't a great addition, they're quite bland
3. Introducing a literally do-it-all shop that you can get INFINITE of EVERY SINGLE reward from is just not a good idea, at all. The way resources are awarded is already quite generous, also a skin that gives buffs, are we serious 
4. Requiring players to get additional versions of units that are already a pain/in some cases extremely hard to get is the reasoning why ascensions doesn't have a similar alternative for rarities above mythic, its extremely inconvenient to drain tens of hours just to get a slight increase to your unit and you might require it for content against other players
5. Giving shiny shards additional stats, no plain nd simple, it's stupid to lock stats behind the chances of a shiny, especially when factoring some bast stats of pre-existing units, also having the ability to make anything shiny takes away from the special alternative design they're meant to be
6. Trait transfer between units that aren't the same is not good, plain nd simple, you could just have 1 monarch cycling between the meta units from numerous updates
With most of this you missed the mechanic thats holding the suggestions back from being too generous while still giving you an option. The gamemode is generous but also very limited. Its not like ur gonna be ale to get tons of rerolls a week from doing it. It was mainly meant for the new content with shiny units and ascensions while allowing for other rewards to balance it out. Also the gamemode itself can be made to only allow for 5 runs weekly which balances everything out and doesnt require a lot of time. As for ascensions you are not required to get a new version of that unit just the resource. I can agree on the fact that shiny wouldnt feel special anymore but honestly it doesnt feel special rn either. The reason for that is because there isnt anything to it except the visual difference.
That doesnt matter as much tho what i wanted to see get added or fixed was the buff

It was never meant to be a form of statistical buff, it was literally just there to serve as an alternative cosmetic that people could either chase or just be happy that they got randomly when getting the unit itself, having it give boosts is stupid because it just encourages people to chase a unit for quite possibly eons just to get on the level playing field as others

Well that's just spending weeks of your life grinding away to get minimal buffs according to the time you allocated, which in itself just isn't that great

Well you just said the average allocated timeframe was 2 weeks, assuming that stays consistent it'll be literally a month and a half to get minimal buffs
And that doesn't include the secondary reward an ascension needs

You're not using the unit at all or any additional resources, it's just a separate minmaxing option that doesn't need to be added, there's already plenty you have to minmax purely off familiars
If you want the optimal units at their peak condition, it's including so many things that just serve as things you require to catch up with your competition

back to the buff conversation tho. It wouldnt make anyone stronger then before. It would only balance them out because the units that self buff get hurt by the additive buff stacking

Everything ill speak about is only a suggestion and i want to hear everyones feedback on this since some things may be a little bizzare.
BUFF STACKING:
Explanation
First tihing i wanna say it that buff stacking in this game is way better then in any other game but it still has a problem. The problem is very obvious whenever there is a stage that gives alot of damage buff to units such as ant raid or when a buff character wants to buff someone who already had 2x damage. To shorten… buffs are additive and thats a problem. Thats a problem because strong characters that buff themselves over the course of the game get buffed less then someone who doesnt buff themselves at all. Another problem is that buffers are not actually as impactful as they should be and i think buffers should be used more and actually make a big defferace in gameplay.
Solution
Ofcourse we cant multiply every number because that would cause characters such as ichigo etc. To reach godly numbers. So an easy way to fix it is that we only multiply certain buffs. Full passive line such as cids Lord of the shadow should not stack and should stay additive. All passive lines should be additive as well so that if theres a unit with 2 damage passives they dont get buffed by this change (To add on this: Personally id rether see different passive lines to multiply with eachother but that would require balance change for certain units for sure). While buffs from stages and units whos roles are to buff are multiplying. So (Passive 1) x or + (Passive 2 etc.) x (stage buff) x (characters that buff)
NEW CONTENT
RELICS
I know you guys said relics will not be getting added in the recent stage summary but at least hear me out. If we add more ways to maximise a character that means more long term content (If there isnt anything else to do ppl will farm for relics). With that i want to introduce 2 kinds of relics.
The first one being a random weapon or item from the show that isnt owned by anyone and can be equipped on any unit alongside familliers. Only adds stats such as damage, crit rate, crit dmg, % dmg reduction ignore etc. You can have as many of this as you want.
A specific weapon used by someone in the show that can be equipped to anyone alongside familliers that will grant the same buffs as the »first relic« if its not equipped on the correct unit. If it is equipped on a correct unit it buffs that units stats by an additional amount as well as adding an adittional passive to that character (Also getting rid of any downsides that character had before). Can be used to buff OLD characters before they get their 2nd evo or for character that cant be given additional evos. 1 per account.
To add on this: Elemental shards and phoenix shards should be usable on this as well.
NEW GAMEMODE
A new gamemode introducing new vanguard currency that can be used for alot of different stuff such as buying essentially anything in the game (trait rr, corruption shards, elemental shards, phoenix shards etc.) with infinity stock (P2W skins could also be added to the shop AND could actually increase the units stats since they are obtainable for everyone now but will be pricy). BUT the gamemode has a weekly limit of X number of runs with very high difficulty where you are required to utilise both relics, familliars and other upcoming stuff in my suggestions post. The difficuly should scale with updates. Should allow traits with a twist only one monarch allowed (If the player entered with more then one monarch every monarch besides the 1st equipped one sould be changed into ethereal).
For the sake of adding to this in the future suggestions ill call this the vanguard shop.
ASCENSIONS REWORK
Not really a rework. We should let units above the rarity of mythic be ascended as well! Now how do we make this work. Getting a 2nd secret/vanguard unit is hard so we can add an GEM that can replace the unit required for ascending (you an still ascent with the 2nd copy of a unit). This item should be added to the vanguard shop with 3 versions. Exclusive, secret and vanguard and each scaling with price (vanguard gem should prob require whole week or two of curreny). Any character above the rarity of mythic should only have 1 ASCENSION that is as impactful as 3 ascensions of mythics.
SHINY REWORK
I said it before and i wanna add on that. We need more ways to maximise our characters. One way to do this is to give shiny versions od characters additional stats (example:30%dmg,15%spa,15%rng) While also increasing the chances of a shiny unit from 1% to 10%. To add on this: We should add a shiny shard to the game obtainable from the vanguard shop that can shiny any character in the game.
TRAIT TRANSFER
This is a very controversial suggestion and I wouldnt want it in the game either. UNLESS its really well executed. Thats why ive been thinking of adding another item to the vanguard store that would allow you to transfer your trait. This item should require 1month or more of farming that curreny without spending any of it to be able to buy it. Alongside this item you would also need to spend 200 trait rr, lots of gems and coins and even 500-1k rift shards to move one trait. Players would be faced with a choice to eiter save for this or spend on other items which will now become really important for the game such as ascension gems or shiny shards (if this gets added).
To add on this: When it comes to character getting their 2nd evo their trait is kept as well so for the sake of making some 2nd evo units harder to get and keeping the same trait keeping potential without that being really expensive like the suggestion above we could instead of giving some characters a 2nd evo they would get their new from introduced in an event banner with vanguard rarity (This should be rare and only used for strong »evolutions«). We could introduce a new concept of character names: Characters that have the same name or are the same character with a different form such as »saber« and »dark saber« or »song jinwu« and »song jinwo and igros« should have the ability to have their traits transferred withouth the item and for cheaper.
QUALITY OF LIFE
- If you get a 2nd version of a shiny unit after you alr evolved and rolled on a normal version of that unit you can sacrefice the shiny unit to the normal unit and change the normal one into a shiny.
- Option to disable familliar visibility in game.

the point is keeping self buffing units on equal ground as those who dont do it in stages that give buffs
and so that units with current 200% dmg get a 20% dmg incrase from a 10% buffer
to make an example ill take both aizen and cid
aizen doesnt buff his dmg stat. so he 100% and will get buffed by 18% so 118% by haruka while cid with 200% would go up to 218% and not 236%

No. Hell no. I played since release and yet still have only gotten 2 shinies, despite over 1.6 million gems spent and owning shiny hunter. Never. 0.5%×10% is insanely low still. Not to mention, this incredibly p2w due to Shiny Hunter.
Trait Transfer
No. This ruins the game loop. People would simply transfer their shit monarchs to the latest units every update. Player counts would dwindle and the game would die.
