Goku keep Charging Spirit bomb and he Gains 5%+ DMG for every second of Charging so you can use the ability any time with the much Goku have gained or you can wait 3 mins so Goku launch it automatically with the full DMG

I'm not sure, I just know that same kind of feature will be added in the future that will make you release to Spirit Bomb ealirer, they might have already made their own system for it though.
