Make possible so the owner can kick people from the game, because its so annoying when you are going to farm with mvp and someone not even pressing replay. Also when players vote to start match could appear who voted so you could know who you need to kick

So you want to implement a votekick system but only during a countdown timer so it literally only has an effect during the vote to start the game. Solely just to boot players because you don't want to wait a little bit longer between games for them to start
