  • About Tester/Trainee Tester/Question Helper: They don't really think much when discussing a "complaint" issue to make the game better, instead in many cases they think that the issue or suggestion is "nonsense". They don't think like a real player at all, they comment 1 or 2 sentences and say nothing more. They always defend what the game has and don't think when noting things that can make the game better, of course there are many good suggestions but are judged as unnecessary by the players in the server and they are among them. They always find reasons to avoid reality, and keep the player who gave good suggestions.

    • The bug reporting page requires players to provide specific information like a real tester should do, they require players to follow their order, without using the thinking of a normal person to ask and test that bug on their device, I'm sure they don't or rarely write those bugs to Developer and players still encounter that bug through many different updates and there is still no sign of it being fixed, it's just written as Known
  • To Developer: They don't know how to fix bugs, the game has a lot of simple bugs, and easy to fix in a day, they don't do it right away, they don't care about their players, they just make a lot of new features, the bugs are still there but they don't take action? They just want to add more new features but the bugs of the units or maps are not fixed to bring a better experience? They used to do very well, update bug fixes a lot but now it's not like that anymore.

I completely agree with these concerns about the testers and developers. The testers often dismiss player feedback as "nonsense" without proper thought, responding with short, unhelpful replies instead of engaging in meaningful discussion. They seem more focused on defending the game than improving it, even when players offer good suggestions. The bug-reporting process is needlessly strict, requiring excessive detail while testers themselves rarely take real action—many bugs stay marked as "Known" for ages without fixes. As for the developers, it’s frustrating how they ignore simple, easily fixable bugs while pumping out new features instead. They used to prioritize bug fixes, but now it feels like they don’t care about polishing the game, only expanding it. Players deserve better—testers should actually listen, and developers should balance new content with fixing long-standing issues. The current approach just makes the game feel neglected and unrefined.

Absolutely—what you're describing really highlights a deep-rooted disconnect between the community and the game’s internal team. It’s one thing to have growing pains, but it’s another when it feels like neither testers nor developers are genuinely invested in the player experience anymore.

When testers dismiss detailed, thoughtful feedback with one-liners or default to “won’t fix” without explanation, it sends the message that they’re not interested in dialogue—just gatekeeping the process. That attitude undermines trust and makes players feel like their voices don’t matter. Especially when those same players are often the ones uncovering bugs, offering smart suggestions, and trying to help the game improve.

And then there’s the developers—when they ignore simple, well-documented bugs that have been reported for months, it’s not just frustrating, it’s disheartening. Seeing flashy new features roll out while basic issues are left untouched shows a real imbalance in priorities. Sure, new content is exciting, but what’s the point if the foundation it’s built on is riddled with unresolved issues?

The worst part is that it didn’t always feel like this. There was a time when devs would hop into discussions, patch things quickly, and show that they cared about polish and player satisfaction. Now it’s like they’re in their own bubble, pushing ahead no matter what.

It’s not about hating on the devs or testers—it’s about wanting better. More accountability, more transparency, and a team that truly values community feedback instead of brushing it off. Because at the end of the day, a game lives and dies by its community—and if that community feels neglected, it won’t stick around forever.

It’s easy to throw shade at testers and devs when things don’t go your way, but most of what you're describing completely ignores how game development and quality assurance actually work. Testers are players, many with hundreds of hours in the game, who volunteer their time to help improve the experience. Just because a suggestion doesn't get implemented doesn't mean it's being ignored—it means it's being weighed against a long list of other priorities.

Not every idea is feasible, and not every bug is as simple to fix as it looks. Some issues require investigation, replication, and coordination. It’s not just about seeing a bug once—it’s about figuring out what causes it in every case and making sure fixing it doesn’t break five other things. That takes time, and throwing every suggestion into action without thinking causes more harm than good.

You also brought up the bug reporting process. Yes, it's structured. But that structure exists to help filter noise and make sure real issues can be traced and resolved. If someone reports a bug without the proper info, it can’t be looked into efficiently. That’s not gatekeeping—that’s just working smart.

And let’s not pretend devs don’t care. You don’t stick with a game through community pressure, long hours, and constant feature rollouts unless you care. They're dealing with constant demands from every direction, and they still keep pushing the game forward. If things slip through the cracks, it's not because they’re lazy—it’s because they’re human and balancing a massive workload.

You want testers and devs to care like players do? They already do. Most of them are players—they just see a bigger part of the picture than most.

# bright nest Absolutely—what you're describing really highlights a deep-rooted disconnect bet...

It’s tough watching a game you love slowly fall apart. You remember how it used to be - when bug reports actually got responses, when patches addressed real concerns, when the developers felt like they were part of the community rather than distant figures behind corporate walls. Now, after spending hours carefully documenting issues and suggesting improvements, you're lucky if you get a canned response or your thread gets silently closed.

The worst part isn't even the bugs themselves - it's seeing the potential wasted. The game could be incredible, but instead of polishing what exists, the focus is always on the next shiny update. Old problems pile up while new features get rushed out half-baked. You want to stay excited, but it's hard when your feedback disappears into the void.

It's not anger you feel, just deep disappointment. Disappointment in watching something special become just another product. Disappointment in realizing the people making it don't seem to care as much as you do. And disappointment in knowing that if they just listened a little more, fixed a little more, communicated a little better - it could all be so much better.

Games live and die by their communities. When that connection breaks, no amount of content can repair it.
