-units that dont have a bleed mechanic are applying to bleed on the enemies.
obervation
-dante and cu chulain dont have bleed in their kit yet are applying bleed to the enemies
-weather is rift in time in worldlines floor 43. Applying bleed is not a feature of said weather

• a possibility is that another weather is in effect
  (might be difficult to replicate as worldline stages can only be done once)

In inf tsukiyomi even after killing drain enemies

I see

This is a separate thing

but its only applying the status effect rather than the actual damage increaser
