these are not als godlys brochacho

1.Devs already said they will be doing only like 4 vanguards per year, which only leaves room for 2 more this year (unless they've changed their mind)
2.The powercreep would go crazy, also some secrets are almost vanguard level like yhwach or aizen

and vanguards are supposed to be seasonal according to the devs

also all vanguards will prob be broken in their own way so we shouldnt spam them
