its so that we actually had something to grind when update comes out so that we couldnt just evo vegita and already get vegito would be boring

And make it so you had to do a quest for an item one quest for each evo

the quest will be easier for the rare and the epic one but it will scale until u have to grind a bit but not that hard that you have to mango it but just a simple grind for the last evo
