i never really understood why this wasnt done like this from release, illya's primary thing is her fighting using berserker, so i dont see why its only given to her later, aswell as other abilities like sjw's summons are available from placement, or ichigos horn of salvation aswell, both of these abilities are more powerful off placement than berserker, yet they arent locked away till a higher lvl but berserker is.
