Send messages in threads should be set to true in all channels, if you're unable to send a message in a thread, it's either that the thread is older than 10 minutes, hence locked/inactive, or alternatively it is an issue with your discord client

What I mean by the issue with your discord client is, I was trying trying to figure out why sometimes there would be no thread attached to a message with the show your units tag, and during my investigation I've discovered that there is in fact a thread being made, it's just that it is not visible until you restart your discord client, probably due to a discord caching issue

It is not something I can fix with the bot sadly, though thankfully it is a rare issue
