Add Soft Pity for future Vanguards/Secrets While Keeping them Rare

It would not make it too easy to get, it's still a 1/10k.
There's no "value" for these units as trading isnt a thing and wont be for a long time, you said they were already easy to get so their value wouldnt be high even without a soft pity.
It's not about making it easier, it's about making it more rewarding, (for the few that actually grind for the units) so they don't have to grind for months, spend millions of presents only to not even get them, granted that could still happen but by doubling the chances (or more?) it becomes unlikely to happen.

Honestly it’s not even just about Vanguards being “too hard to get”, the process is just so unappealing that people don’t wanna do it

The main issue with it is that there’s no progression towards Vanguard, if you spend like 3 million presents and flop, you’ve basically eaten shit and are no closer to getting the Vanguard than when you first started
