Lower Monarch Pity

Might get hate for this but, the 2500 rr needed is pretty high for a monarch pity. The chances of a monarch are 0.1, using that info a monarch should be 1 in 1000. We get 2 rr a day and 4 on the weekends + 40 every for boss raid reset = 64rr a week and to get 2500 that is 39 weeks. Lets say that every 3 weeks there is an update with 100rr added meaning in 39 weeks we will get 13 updates = 19 weeks total to get to pity. The pity should be somewhere around 1100-1500 so I wont waist so many rr's to get to the pity or make all the rrs spend universal not just for 1 unit. Thx for listening
