If we talk about on placement damage, ever since i saw how many upgrade he has, i always thought his damage is doubled cuz the normal number of upgrades was 11+ but he only got 6, but it also gives him an advantage as a cosmic unit
If we increase the number of upgrades, the upgrade cost and damage will be reduced to half
