I'm not sure if anyone has made this or somethin but I suggest making the exclusive evo items tradeable. If only exclusive units are going to be tradeable, I think it would be a good idea that exclusive evo items would be too.
ex. what if a person got traded / was given with an unevo Okarun?

not everyone gets to evo them because they get too much and they even hesitate to sell them even if they got full inventory
