Rem and Ram ability cooldown not going down even though the ability is over

Notice how her SPA is at 4.9s, if the ability was actually still active it'd be around ~2.5s. Occured randomly in a Saber Boss Rush

I wasn't able to use her ability for the rest of the match, btw.

@oak monolith Would it be alright if you can check this out by the way, I got someone to do it but they forgot to record it. When they tried redoing the boss rush continuously it didn't seem to occur again, which makes this even more confusing.

I'm not sure what causes this but hopefully something appears in console
