What matters about Ragna is he cant be sold, and the game doesnt have good CC prio, with how ridiculously easy it is to break so many different units CC, namely Diavolo, you need to sell other CC units while doing what you need to with them. Ragna not being able to be sold makes sense, but also makes him not viable for LB runs till they do a pass over CC and make it actually work well together
