Add a soft pity for the enemy index

Basically the odds of unlocking a unit in the index should grow higher the more we kill the enemy, starting from like, 10 eliminations, i dont know how you guys would balance it, but im only here to make a suggestion 😉

3% chance is really hard considering all the bosses we need to defeat

Honestly 10 would probably be good but I know people will say that it would be too easy to get the trait rerolls

assuming 6 bosses needed, it would take 500 total boss kills across all bosses for like a 99% chance of unlocking all

which is a fair amount considering the 20 rrs is meant to be painfully hard to obtain
