not everyone can get her, you have TO GET LUCKY, you can spend a million gems and not get saber from banner
and then you'd have to roll a good trait on her , which would take 2500 rerolls a number not an average person can get to get monarch for her to be special
and if u succeed in both congratulations you got what u wanted through the grind

Idk blitz just a worse version of etherial. Like etherial gives 50% dps when blitz only 25% dps. If we compare it with other mythic traits he loosing them for like 8%. Its good trait. + i dont think that there will be people who will instantly reroll blitz when they have 1 trait reroll.
