Im gonna be brutally honest here with the devs, the content yall are putting out is okay at best, this game was great upon release, and at update 0.5, and 1, but everything after that has been a glitchy mess of slop, 1.5 really wasn't the best kind of update to put out with the minimal content already in the game, and 1.75 was just update 0.5 with less content, but a hundred times more glitchy

So here's my opinion on how to actually make the game worth playing

  1. Increase difficulty, self explanatory at first, however in my opinion, gamemodes should start off easy, then be more and more challenging the more rewarding it is, worldlines was a great start to this, but I feel as if this kind of content will be under-utilized in the future

  2. Not really a game suggestion, more or less a suggestion to the dev team, give us real sneaks, the recent sneak didn't tell us much, and it looked like you guy's just put some random avatars over an infinity background and called it a day, you don't even have to just flat out show what you're working on, give us clues, put us on a wild goose chase, give us a puzzle to solve to figure out the next update

  3. Keep up with an actual update schedule, self explanatory, come on, yall did this in the past, just about every 2 weeks was alright, but now its been nearly 3 weeks, and we don't even have a real sneak for the update, yall can do better, the whole community knows you can

  4. Try to innovate from other tower defense games, maybe in the future, instead of using just legend stages for essence stones and evo items, just add the evolution items to the main stages, this way there is more time for you to work on content that we will actually enjoy, instead of making it seem like there is more content by adding these pointless 3 stages

  5. stick to your words, dont rush another update, we all know thats why update 2 was buggy and was missing content, you could've waited, but you didn't

Nothing we could've done, Auric was on a break until Jan 5th, so even if we had another week, the lobby still wouldn't have made it in Update 2. As for the battle pass, unforseen circumstances resulted in us unable to add it in update 2, we really had no way of predicting that what happened would happen, yes it could've been prevented with better planning, but it still was a massive shock.

The new balancer is definitely working on appeasing both sides, the ones which want harder content and the ones which do not.

As for the sneak, there is quite a lot you can go off of, if you actually question every detail of it. It is not just random avatars, and not a random background, it all has a purpose, and I can say this as I know the answer.
When it comes to the update schedule, it's as simple as this, the update will be out when it's ready. That's it. If it's not ready within two weeks, it will not be out within two weeks. The schedule has been progressively getting better though due to a few factors, so this issue should be greatly alleviated as time comes.

For point four, once again the balancers have been replaced, and as such other things will be prioritized than the ones which were prioritized beforehand.

Update 2 was needed, and delaying it would've been a bad idea, as even if a BP was added, that extra week would've made a significant difference.

A little too easy, essence stones are massive now in numbers, extremely easy to obtain, if anything some evolutions should have longer quest-lines, if not most, maybe like valentines, searching for a specific item, maybe killing enemies with a specific element, kills in general aren’t really enough to make obtaining evos a pain

The thing is, it mostly was poorly received due to it taking so long, had it been 2 weeks, and gave 30 wisps from release, it most likely would’ve been perceived better, however i believe the focus shouldn’t have been an event like that, with the limited content existing in the game, having people play the same level over and over as the main content focus of an entire update wasn’t the greatest idea in the history of ideas

Pre release, the time that was estimated for updates was about two to three weeks, but well, putting it to practice was much harder, especially given the lack of experience from the owners in handling projects as these, as you have to keep in mind that Kobo was just 15 a few months back, and Yuru is not much older either, with this game being their biggest ever by a long mile afaik

Well that is mostly because two of them were line aoe, they couldn’t compete with full aoe nukes like gojo

Hopefully the new balancer fixes this, i believe full aoe should be low damage, while more focused aoes such as line and cone naturally having more damage to pick up for the fact they hit less enemies

Maybe specific portals require you to focus on smaller totems to prevent enemies from spawning on lower paths, maybe there should be a target you need to hit to try to minimize the difficulty, with said target constantly coming back as a pest

Most of the time portals only differentiate by the unit rewarded, not the gameplay, major mistake in my opinion

i'd say, it should be for units, you can guarantee players, they'll get through pure grinding, no luck involved

it could be used as AV's rarity for units where av went above and beyond to do something unique, and add units in a way that they were limited, but during the time they were available, they were guaranteed obtainable for people that actually grinded out the update
