Sorry man, i know its disgusting to have everyone dog piling you. I think there is value to rare things, but the game right now needs to focus on appealing to a wider audience instead of just rewarding the 0.1%

Its important to consider however most casual players do not like trading and will not participate in it if they dont have to.

Causing FOMO and having one time events is not friendly to casual players, so as much it would be cool to flex 1 out of 100 existing diavolos, i would much rather want to have the community be benefited than to have my own ego stroked

Honestly i think your idea in general is not bad for future updates,

I think its more how in the specific case of the 1.5 upd, the upd was so poorly received and the grind system itself was quite terrible, so it would make sense to give more opportunities to get diavolo
