Traits are not necessary for most endgame content and the traits are very well balanced to accomplish things with just a legendary trait. Alucard on the other hand, is a unit that can change the course of the game unless an alternative with better obtainability is dropped or if his chances were better (not saying we need a full pity, just need a soft pity so that it's more fair)
