Here's a couple of ideas that could make it better i think

Maybe make it so we have to choose a card every 5 levels of paragon, but make them show up as bundles, here's an example:

Card 1: +5% spa, +3 shields, +4% enemy movement speed
Card 2: Enemies explode on death, +20% enemy health
Card 3: Bosses are immune to status aliments, thrice

At level 30 we gotta choose 30 different modifiers, but with this change we have to pick like 6 cards
||I am no game designer, this one might be unbalanced in some way but whatever||

next one is

Dynamic scaling of cards or something like that

You pick like 4-5 cards at the start, and as you go further in stages, they just randomly scale based on the current level ( i.e each stage 1-2 of your cards is being scaled up, not all of them at once)

Also i'd genuinely love to see buffs/elements in paragon too, it would make this gamemode a little nicer to play imo, might be cool for it to have rogue-like feeling to it y'know. Something like this: Occasionally you'd get a card that has a buff AND a de-buff at the same time, so you have to think whether its worth to pick it or not or not (reminds me of lunar items from risk of rain 2)

also maybe you will be given a choice to keep picking cards, OR choose a different route and pick a huge pack of debuffs for the next 10 stages, therefore skipping card picking

Pls just replace paragon with inf castle I hate seeing the same map over and over

that's your personal opinion, and this was my personal opinion, obviously asking for a similar game-mode, is something else, but asking to replace paragon with infinity castle is not it

not saying to replace it, it can stay for all i care but i refuse to gind that boring ass mode

Just if they add reward as paragon to unf castle it will be op...
And the thing is paragon was considered better than inf castle at the beginning.
But as they nerf the mode it seems like bad.

Just people want the facility. The easiness of inf castle + reward of the paragon mode.
No need to add inf castle as u can already manually farm gems easily.

would rather have a cap on 25 stages for each story map then a version of paragon where maps are different like inf castle

i never said anything about infinite castle, i want devs to fix the problem with picking like 30 cards, where did all of this even start

if they bundled them up would be even more unplayable on higher stages (giga rng), maybe the 2nd idea a bit better, like u chose 1 special and 4 normal cards in order of prio u want them, and then it scales based on stages, but then sometimes its nice to take dodge over strong so idk, for buffs and both buff debuff card, i think it would add another rng. Paragons biggest problem other than being pretty boring is card chosing and card rng, also u reset lobby till u get good special card, they need to delete some or add way to chose 1 u want every time u enter(special card), and sometimes on 100+ paragons u can get 1 strong or 10 which eventually will matter on some maps

Also just add inf castle seems 100x more fun than paragon ...

cuz what if u get dodge strong rengen, speed spa shield, speed strong regen, thats instant run ender if u get more than 3 dodge and speed is completly unplayable

also u want to avoid strong as much as possible, and dodge u wont pick more than 1/2 no matter what

ye but bundles would be a lot more rng, 2nd idea isnt bad tho could be alternative, personally i dont like taking even 1 dodge, and strong pretty sure doesnt work properly so idk if taking 10 is good/bad

have to consider higher stages like 120/150 then its impossible tto get 0 bad bundles and its gg
if u start run w 4 scaling cards its not rng, then it just scales based off odds, so on avg would be worse than current system but u dont pick cards so its nice
