Reason why it didnt work is that they got frozen by julias beforehand. In order for stuns to work it has a cooldown of 3-5 seconds before working again. Thats why julias doesnt stun enemies infinitely.
- you used it while they were frozen by julias. Therefore not making it count
If you noticed, you have 3 juliases but not infinitely stunning the enemy is because theres an interval after the previous stun to prevent infinitely stunning enemies
