evo can be a stun, shield breaker or dps/boss killer

bright red blade can be a regen cut or enemy debuff

you can use this for almost everything, very hard to get something like this added

It's up to you if u want to evo or unevo him, unevo can be a buff remover, as @fresh tiger said, while EVO'd can be a good boss killer or crowd control unit, that can also deal the wounded effect

That entirely depends on the preference of the devs, if the unit would be as OP as i imagined, it should be really hard to obtain, and upgrade ofc, his unevolved form would be cheaper, having an unique passive, while his evolved form would be more focused on DPS, and logically, would be more expensive

But +%30 crit and +%50damage buff is too much as Passive in my opinion.. Like imagine it with deadeye having 75% critchance

Maybe could be that he ignores damage reduction and has bonus damage or less SPA. Maybe even burn as Passive since hes a sun breathing user. I mean when I suggested him thats what I said.

That's true, the effects aren't real but the "burn" effect is, it's stated that the burn is actually produced by the sheer force of the blades colliding.
