The problem with raids is that they feel unrewarding.
Completing a stage 4 in raid awards:
30 gems.
20 cobwebs.
50 gold.
1% chance for exclusive unit.
Right now its worth to the raid only to get the unit since even act 3 gives more shop currency. And due to the raid scaling its more worth to do it solo rather than with friends and even macro it due to the insanely low drop rate.
Here are 2 solutions anime adventures used to fix raids:
1)Add a fifth stage to the raid that is:
-> hard (you need monarch to solo).
-> doesn’t scale with more people (so multiplayer is incentivized).
-> has an increased drop rate for the special unit (aa had x3).
-> has a limited amount of daily clears.
2)Add a pity for the unit after completing x amount of raids.
-> This worked in AA do the raid difficulty.
-> This won’t ruin the units value since compared to right now probably everyone is macroing the stage and it won’t have much value after. This will just help people who did over 100 raids and didn’t get it.
