Rengoku is definitely strong as hell, he's just been stated to be a support focused unit. Him + Obito is pretty awesome. Even though he's support focused, he still has one of the highest group DPS' in game. Monarch is a nerf to him though, as he can't stack flame.

He's also very good at removing shields :D I just watched 24 shields go away in less than a full second. Thank you flame

no, they have a point. tengen does seem to be faster:

1. igris last upgrade has 8 spa, on-placement passive has -10% spa, so 7.2 spa
2. tengen's last upgrade is 9.8 spa, w/ maxed passive its -30% spa which is 6.86 spa
   however igris does deal more damage (3300 base damage, +20% dmg on placement, so 3960). tengen has 3630 on placement, however he deals +10% dmg for each consecutive hit. 3630 * 1.3 = 4719. most of the time you wont be hitting multiple enemies besides inf or bosses though, in which case igris' +25% boss dmg gives him +45%, so 3300 * 1.45 = 4785. factoring in the +10% dmg and rng buff from sjw, its 3300 * 1.55 = 5115 damage.

additionally sjw also buffs igris up to a max of +25%; so 3300 * 1.8 = 5940 base damage all buffs considered

He hits harder than SJW does, but when they're both doing that much damage, it only starts to matter against bosses that have more than 100k health

Yeah it would be nice to see more things like the boss event except maybe add a bit more homogeneity for stats and up the difficulty somehow. Could be through limiting how many units you can use, making certain units do less damage, maybe if you want to make things really difficult could add revitalise modifier so you cant just full aoe your way to a win. And obviously, the rewards should better reflect the effort. Any criticism is appreciated.
