Overall good, but:

1. Nuke is just sad all the time, so won't even talk about that
2. Chi-You need cap. Because other slow debuff units will make his attack too huge (300+ enemies on map is like +1000% ;()

Only first passive can't work with other units, based on description. And it's not his best passive either way

Don’t forget each different passive from other upgrades, it will replace the previous one. Also the SPA is 8 seconds, so if the enemy isn’t dead once it leaves his range, it will eventually reach the end of the map and you’ll lose if you don’t kill it

Nuke is always too plain. I just dislike normal nukes because it's just not interesting enough
