I think he means that her requirement of other units is bad, which is actually true. ASTD has lots of fodder, and there we have passive on every unit. Like, what would Ryou, Kita and Nijika even do as units?
And thing is, we have SPA/CD in game, no attack speed (it's big difference, because 6 spa means 1 attack every 6 secs, and minecraft has 1,6 attack speed which means you can do 1,6 attacks per second)
Range buff is good, SPA buff needs some re-wording, but her DMG buff is just too crazy
She's like, too better than Shigure, 18% DMG vs 30% DMG (on average) and 10% RNG vs 40% RNG
Considering that Shigure is, well, limited. So she must be either better, or on par (imo)

i think it should be somewhere around 10% spa on placement and goes up to 25%, ability makes it 50% and adds around 40% range, why? 50% is like half spa if im not mistaken so that'd make it insanely op, thats just my opinion cuz 100%-150% are insanely unbalanaced
