There's like 15 other posts of this exact same issue, it's because of the hotfix being rolled back yesterday. XP will be uncapped again soon, Jerse estimated today, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was tomorrow. Things take time

i dont think it only cause of roll back cause i have this bug for 2 days and stuck at lvl 18. also non of my unit lvl up too

Not quite sure on that one, I was just getting xp yesterday. Paragons have been known not to give anything, so if you were doing those, that might be why, but story, inf, and legends should've been
