they can fix it, the easiest solution is to teleport the player back into the server, it resets the 20 minute timer so even if it is a roblox problem, it has a easy enough fix for a game of this size

server crashing shouldnt be that common for it to be a big issue, and kicking you out due to the timer or disconnecting due to internet make u keep your diamonds. U just got unlucky if the server crashed (we recently had a updates, idk if they restart afk chamber servers but that might be the cause for your crashes)
