You know what's great about anime adventures? It's their banner system. When new players start, those between levels 1 to 10 have less than a 10% chance of getting mythical units. From level 11 to 9999, the chances become real, preventing people from using alternate accounts to farm units. They apply the same approach to portals where limited units can be obtained

How does it do that? Just go on your main do all of story then once you're done js farm portals you'll get levels from that

Yeah just summon on your main or get secrets from your main then transfer it, this doesn't really do anything to alting

I mean levels aren't hard to obtain, the same idea AD made with "you need to be level 40 for trade booth" and then people just got to level 40 on alts, it took me like a day to get there

I disagree with the idea of having lower chances at start of the game since it doesn't change anything alt related, but I do think Summoning have been thought about with Ascensions

Idk how they'll do that though Ik gem boost is meant to help but idk what else

Literally doesn't discourage at all, who cares if your alts cant get higher rates til level 10 just do all of story, after that just start doing raids/portals/challenges. After whenever you get to X level just summon or summon in between doesn't really change anything.
