theres no specific dependency its just that the pack must not be seen as slop

that is a big problem when you have a lot of people depending on the mod itself to browse for textures when the art being submitted is put through whatever subjective lens the moderators have
e.g. exactly in this situation where someone might want a pack that you hate but they love. it would be best the have every pack available listed on the texture pack browser publicly, and then maybe add filters to sort by packs that have been curated by moderators for 'quality'

thats a completely valid argument but searching up a tp installing it and putting it in texture loader does not take much time nor is it difficult

imo i think its best to have the original creator of a pack this widely used to upload it and maintain it we cannot have 10 different uploads of the same tp and in this case mysz left the server
