its fine if youre reuploading a tp thats not on the index and you only put the creator of the tp as the creator, but this does not
however, it is fine if you fixed a tp and ported it to 2.2, the primary dev should still be the creator of the tp (and you in circle brackets mentioning you fixed the tp)
