At first, I visited a bulk resizing image website, and I scale them up to 200% of the image size. The high quality version is quite blurry when I zoom them in.

Maybe you can make a new post from the texture packs forum by clicking "New Post". Also for Dropbox, make sure you change "dl=0" to "dl=1" so that way it's a direct download link without modifying the zip file
