Additionally:

Direct download links are required. This means downloading the file instantly without having to click a button. Use GitHub, Catbox, Pillowcase, or some other alternative.
Sending the .zip file directly is not a viable option.

Don't pass off other people's texture packs as your own work
Don't submit outdated texture packs (TPs for 2.205 and earlier)
- Do not annoy us to add your texture pack. We'll get to it eventually.
