Delete "dragEffect" because square is enough to disable particles AND your TP doesn't disable ALL particles because if you will come in "Dash" level you will see particles. To delete really all particles you need to redact "GJ_ParticleSheet-uhd.png" (also it have particles what you dont need to delete for example difficulty faces)
