@jolly shale generally the review process takes about 5 business days, however there is a bit of a queue at the moment, so it may take longer depending on how quickly the team is able to review the apps currently in the pipeline.

If you wouldn't mind filling out the form with information, it does make it easier on me to compile your submission for the judges to review!

As for the public app on the TikTok Shop App Marketplace, we've been waiting for over five days yet haven't received any email or feedback 😦 . Greg, could you advise us on initiating direct contact or arranging a meeting to review the app and expedite the publicization process?

@jolly shale I see your submission and flagged it for expedited review, however I was informed that it was submitted as a System Integrator and not a Connector. Is that the proper app type? If you wish to submit it as a Connector App for Challenge #1 you will need to resubmit the app and let me know once you have so I can let the team know.

oh, I will resubmit the app again @gleaming olive. If I want to join the Connector App for Challenge #1, which item should I choose as you can see, in the Service category there is only System Integrator? 😦

When you go to create a new app does it have these options as well? Or only system integrator?

Are you trying to edit your currently made submission? Or start a brand new one?

selecting this should bring you to be able to start a new submission and should let you select connector. If it doesn't I may have to chat with some other members of the team to see what a workaround would be.

I can't change the region information and this makes it impossible to change the Category Connector 😦 Greg can you tell me what to do next?

If you select the target market as Vietnam, does it allow you to then choose a business category?

@gleaming olive We are updating the app. I quite worry about publish the Connector App. I dont know we could submit the app for the Challenge in time or not. Tonight we will send you an App ID, is there anything else we should prepare to send to partner.us@tiktokshop to push the process :(.
