"On February 1st, Mikafaric, (a well known Infinite Craft player), showed in private DMs that the submission in Infinite Craft for speedrun.com got denied.[1] Verday then said “Every element on the periodic table%”, which then later caused Mikafaric to create the discord server.[2]
On February 3rd, the Infinite Craft discord server was created. The discord is pretty much where all technical stuff happens, so this day was very important in the technical community. The discord was not published until February 4th though. Another important thing which happened on February 4th was the release of the Infinite Craft Helper,[3] which gave dark mode, a search bar, middle click copy, and a save file system. Later on this day though, the search bar was added by Neal into the base game,[4] replacing the sort options he added before.
On February 5th, Neal fixed the search bar being transparent.[5] Mikafaric posted an image showing how far the “periodic table%” route had come.[6] LonewuSheep says that numbers are a good way to get first discoveries,[7] which is now a common way to farm first discoveries.
