Just throwing it out right now: Check the browser https://infinibrowser.zptr.cc/ and bot to see if they already have it

* First Discovery
** This is actually composed of cysteine & glutamate linked together IRL
I would like to see pyrrolysine & theobromine made.
I don't know if you still visit this server, but I have both pyrrolysine and theobromine. I stumbled upon Pyrrolysine unintentionally since I'm pretty active in the chemical space, with a focus on organic chemistry since it's a less explored area over inorganic chemistry. Pyrrolysine was a first discovery for me, so clearly no one had unlocked it for quite a long time after your previous message here. I revisited Pyrrolysine and found 4 new recipes that aren't on the Infinibrowser site, in addition to the 2 recipes I already had. These are the recipes I currently have for Pyrrolysine:
Pyrrole + Amino-rex
Allylamine + Pyridine
Lysine + Pyrrolo
Protein + Pyrroline
Protein + Pyrrolyl
Pyrro + Protein
For Theobromine (not a first discovery), I unlocked it earlier and found 2 new recipes not already on the Infinibrowser site, but neither one is likely to be an improvement over the current fastest route.
Thank you for @ ing me! We now have all 22 proteinogenic amino acids!
My next goal, should I ever continue, is to get the final "alphabetic" amino acids, like boronophenylalanine, djenkolic acid (also spelled jengkolic acid), xylolalanine, & azidophenylalanine.
Well, that completes the amino acid alphabet! I'll add the recipes in my original message. The additions are as follows: boronophenylalanine, djenkolic & jengkolic acid, xylolalanine, & azidophenylalanine.
Here's the video I made about these additions to the popular amino acid alphabet in case you're curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBW02bnyZlM

For Boronophenylalanine:
Oronoh = Orono + Ronoh
Boronoh = Boron + Oronoh
Boronohphenylalanine = Boronoh + Borophenylalanine
For Djenkolic acid & Jengkolic acid:
"djengholic" = "Djeng" + "holic"
"jengolic" = "djengholic" + Remove The H
Djengk = Djeng + GK
Jengolic = "jengolic" + Djengk
Kengolic = Jengolic + Append K
Djengkolic = Djengk + Kengolic
Jengkolic = Djengkolic + Delete The Letter G
Djenkolic = Djen + Jengkolic
For Xylolalanine:
"xylolalanine" = "Xylol" + Alanine(A)
For Azidophenylalanine:
Azidoalanine = Azido + Alanine(A)
Wow, those are some rather exotic amino acids I've never heard of before. At some point after I announced my discovery of Pyrrolysine, I went out and created 6 more amino acids that got added to the website in the last batch. This is what I created:
All of those are non-proteinogenic amino acids, except for Isonorvaline which is not even a real amino acid.
The idea to create 3 new leucine-related amino acids came from this page:
The leucines are primarily the four isomeric amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, tert-leucine (terleucine, pseudoleucine) and norleucine. Being compared with the four butanols, they could be classified as butyl-substituted glycines; they represent all four possible variations.
Leucine and isoleucine belong to the proteinogenic amino acids; the oth...
Yeah, I was tired of amino acids like selenocysteine being represented with U of all letters that, for the remaining 4 to complete the alphabet, I chose some that actually have the letter they represent at the beginning.
Well done on getting all the leucine isomers! I wish I had a specific goal of what new elements to create, but the only thing that comes to mind is cycloleucine, which is also on that page, & maybe other cyclic amino acids.
