for example I did these two earlier

Mohgwyn Palace + Mohgwyn Soul = Mohg, Lord of Blood

I used .up to get Uppertown for my recipe, and I spelled out Further with quotes to get Furthermost, but I don't think either of those things were necessary.

Those two combine into Uppermost, then adding Lower makes Lowermost so you could say the rest was done logically
